This cookie policy belongs to our privacy statement, which explains what else we do with personal data.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, tablet or phone. They remember, for example, that you are logged in, or measure how visitors use the site. We also use similar techniques such as localStorage; where we write "cookies", we mean those too.
2. What types of cookies do we use?
Necessary cookies — without these the website doesn't work. Think of security, remembering your session and loading pages correctly. These cookies don't require consent, and you can't switch them off without breaking the site.
Analytics cookies — these let us measure how many people visit the site and which pages they view, so we can improve the site. We ask for your consent for these.
Marketing cookies — these track browsing behaviour across different websites to show ads that match your interests. We explicitly ask for your consent for these, and we don't place them without it.
3. Necessary cookies on this site
Our website runs on Wix. Wix places the following necessary cookies:

This list comes from Wix. If we install a new feature or app on the site, cookies may be added; we will then update this list.
4. Analytics and marketing cookies
Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Wix's statistics to see how many visitors the site has and which pages they view. Google Analytics is set up to be as privacy-friendly as possible. We only place these cookies after you have given consent.
Marketing: we currently don't use marketing cookies. There is no Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertising tag on our site, and we don't track you across other websites. If we start advertising with cookies in the future, we will first update this cookie policy and ask for your consent in advance.
5. Changing or withdrawing your consent
On your first visit, a notice at the bottom of the page asks which cookies you allow. Your choice isn't forever:
-
Withdraw or change: open the cookie settings via the link in the footer of our website. You can adjust your choice there at any time.
-
Via your browser: you can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you disable necessary cookies, parts of the site will no longer work properly.
Withdrawing consent is just as easy as giving it — as it should be.
6. Third-party cookies
Apart from the parties mentioned above, we don't place any third-party cookies ourselves. If you view a video or map from another party on our site, that party may place its own cookies. We have no control over that; in that case, check that party's privacy policy.
7. Questions
Do you have a question about this cookie policy, or do you want to know what data we hold about you? Email us at hello@dr-booth.nl. Our privacy statement explains what rights you have and how to exercise them.
8. Changes
We update this cookie policy when we start using new features or services. The date at the top shows when this last happened.
