Photo booth hire in Maastricht

Need a photo booth in Maastricht? We're Diethelm and Renée, and we rent out our own photo booth from Klimmen. That's less than half an hour's drive, so Maastricht is well within our area and you don't pay any travel costs.

How it works in Maastricht

We arrive a good hour before the start to set everything up. Many Maastricht venues are in the city centre or in a historic building, so let us know if loading and unloading is tricky or if there's a fixed time slot. We'll plan around it.

We don't need much: a spot of about 2.5 by 2.5 metres, a power socket within ten metres and, if the booth is outdoors, a fixed spot that's sheltered from the rain. We take care of the rest. After the party we pack everything up ourselves. You'll usually get a download link with all the photos the next day, and it's guaranteed within five days of the event.

Weddings, company parties and birthdays in Maastricht

Among other venues, we've had our photo booth at Château Neercanne, the castle on the edge of Maastricht in the Jeker valley. At a special location like that, a photo strip in the style of the day really makes the difference.

For a wedding we usually base the photo strip on your invitation, so it matches the rest of the day. For company parties, anniversaries and trade fairs we put your logo on the strip, so everyone goes home with something to remember the evening by. We're just as happy to do birthdays, communions and other private parties. Those can be a bit more relaxed.

Prices

Our prices are all-in: photo booth, unlimited printing, design, set-up and take-down, VAT, and travel within 40 kilometres. Maastricht is within that range, so there's nothing extra to pay.

• Basis: 2 hours, €295

• Compleet (most popular): 4 hours, €390

• Premium All-In: 6 hours or more, €545

Most parties choose Compleet. Two hours fly by when dinner runs late. To secure your date you pay a deposit (Basis €95, Compleet €190, Premium All-In €200), which is deducted from the total. You'll find all packages on our booking page.

How many photos can we print?
As many as you like: printing is unlimited in every package.

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?
Yes, as long as there's a fixed spot that's sheltered from the rain. Electronics and water don't mix, so we'll talk it through beforehand.

Can you design the photo strip in our own style?
We always do. Send us your invitation, save-the-date or company logo as a vector file or PDF, ideally at least two weeks in advance.
